Rude supervisor

Our flight from cancun to Toronto was 1 hour delayed. When we were checking in i asked the worker about the delay that how come we weren't informed about it and he was like I'm telling you right now and now move out of the line. I told him to get the supervisor for me and she was the same too. They were all rude to us. They didn't want to here us at all.

SunWing is not allowing a refund or change.

Sunwing Airlines - SunWing is not allowing a refund or change.
I talked with SunWing, explaining our reason to cancel or change due to increasing Covid cases, especially at our destination. At the time of booking I understood that we could change or cancel our booking; however what was not made clear was that we had to buy their insurance. Talking with the SunWing rep. we are told that they will not refund or change. As I look at their website now, they have a headline that proclaims no problem change/cancellation with no fee. So, as it stands we do not want to risk contracting Covid and having to quarantine in a city away from our home, and choosing to not go will result in us losing our money.

Cancelation

Yes i did speak to somebody 4 and a half hours later sitting in my living room i did get to change my trip to december of 2022 but i didn't receive my confirmation email for that trip 11783**** i would like to have it at : bengiroux@***.ca as soon as possible to see if evrything is changed correctly

Selection seats payment refund

Sunwing Airlines - Selection seats payment refund
Hello, my package booking # is 11750****. I have paid for premium package for both travelers( $60 per person). I was asked to pay $40 for me and my husband ( total is $80) during my seats selection. Premium plan includes Advance seat selection based on $20 each way. I selected seats anyway and paid $80. Could you please reimburse $80 back to my card ASAP. Thank you, Ludmila Aranda.

Refund

Where is our refund!? Canceled due to covid of course over a year ago as we all know. The company was given money and mandated to refund customers, despite other flight companies doing so. The refund request has been in for months with no update or the actual refund. Now, they are doing trips again. They are thieves.

Refund on services which were not received

Re: Booking # 11450**** Hello, I understand that If the AIRLINE cancelled the flight, they owe a full refund to the original form of payment - it is not an insurance, but a legal obligation to refund services not rendered. I have been informed by my travel agent that I have a travel credit issued. I don’t accepting any credit for future travel and Demanding a full refund to my original method of payment please.

Do not travel with Sunwing package deals

Disastrous vacation at Brisas Del Caribe Cuba. Went there 4 years ago and had a wonderful trip. This time it is something you want to stay away from, run down, electrical problems, cold food, not eatable, very rude environment, birds and flies in the dining area eating off plates. No activities at the resort, dirty pools, very unsanitary conditions. Grounds not kept up like before. Seems like there is fewer staff and the ones there really don't care. Russian owned not Cuban owned as before. Discrimination if you are not Russian. Tried to get a pizza and was told they could not give it to us it was for the Russians. Coffee was like drinking cold non flavored mud. The only good part of the trip was our Maid she was a sweetheart and kept our room nice. Watched one cleaner wipe up a chair and then take the dirty floor rag to dry it with. White furniture all stained, and broken. Could not use internet because it would not change language to English. Booked one trip outside the resort and it was cancelled. We will not go down south again this was our last trip.
